• It’s possible for sleeping with a textbook under your pillow to be a viable study method. (Assuming you can reduce the textbook to pure verselia).
• The previous lore that explained the world split was that that the Keeper sneezed and duplicated the realm by accident when he was first constructing it. The dimension(?) that Karos and Telos take up was the first world that ever existed in this bogus multiverse I have.
  • re: the multiverse thing, while I won’t deny some previous inspiration when I was worldbuilding a few years ago, I’m not trying to pull any Marvel or Hoyoverse bullshit. Other worlds exist out there, but they will have no bearing on GODSend. The whole “first world” thing still remains the same but it means basically jack shit for the plot.
• Farael is more or less a naturally occurring Archeophim (meaning the Keeper didn’t intentionally create them).
• The Archeophim were created as assistants to the Keeper as he was initially kinda shit at handling the formation of worlds.

Meta Trivia

• I first got the idea for this shit listening to Divinity by Porter Robinson. “Lean into my side” I think evoked a specific image that formed the basis of Rem and Aluaris’s relationship in the first false starts. Other early inspiration came from dreams.
• Telos used to be Earth for a long time, but it got too annoying to juggle real life shit so I just made it all second-world.
• This stupid-ass project is more or less the reason I’m doing a BFA. I’m doing a BFA cuz I wanna write better quality yaoi.
• Extremely early on, the Archeophim were going to just be really massive mechs without much distinct individuality. They were also going to be called Angels. I was somehow blind to the influence Evangelion had on me at this time as well.
• Akadriel used to be blonde and had big boobs lmao.
• Yunachiel used to be a himbo with black hair and a rather well-endowed chest for a man (His original name was Renachiel, but I had too many R guys).
• Riorel’s name was originally gonna be Mahyoriel cuz there was some stuff with “ma(h)-” being related to evil in latin/malus, but that name sucked. He was also going to be referred to as an antaphim.
• This shit was originally conceived when I was like 17. Worked on it on and off, then it ate my brain and I’ve kinda just refused to give up on it since then loooool. The development has been godawful…
  • Depending on how you define drafts, my current draft number ranges from 1 to 6. I CANNOT get this fucking beginning cuz there’s too much bullshit happening. (I KNOW THIS IS A PROBLEM AND I’M TRYING TO REMEDY IT. BELIEVE ME, I AM AWARE OF MANY OF THE CONCERNS ONE MIGHT HAVE UPON READING ANY OF THIS PAGE).
